On April 2, 2026, Ms. Somjit Takhamsaeng, Director of Maerim Wittayakhom School, together with the school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, attended the wreath-laying ceremony and expressed their condolences on the passing of Mr. Weerawan Kankaew, the beloved father of Mrs. Phatthara Phatthaphong, a mathematics teacher, at Ban Weerawan, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province.
