ระหว่างวันที่ 9-10 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวสมจิต ตาคำแสง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนแม่ริมวิทยาคม พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เข้าร่วมการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาวิชาชีพสู่การเลื่อนวิทยฐานะตามหลักเกณฑ์ ว9/2564 (มุ่งสู่การเลื่อนวิทยฐานะ PA Focus และ General AI & Innovation) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.สมบัติ ท้ายเรือคำ หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ภาควิชาหลักสูตรการสอนและการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ,รศ.ดร.อพันตรี พูลพุทธา อาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ภาควิชาวิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ,รศ.ดร. อัฐพล อินต๊ะเสนา ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ภาควิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ,ผศ.ดร.วิทยา วรพันธุ์ อาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ภาควิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม และอาจารย์ชนัต อินทะกนก อาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ภาควิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม เป็นวิทยากรในครั้งนี้ ณ หอประชุมร่มฟ้าดารารัศมิ์ โรงเรียนแม่ริมวิทยาคม
เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการประเมินตำแหน่งและวิทยฐานะตามหลักเกณฑ์ ว9/2564 ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างทักษะในการจัดทำข้อตกลงในการพัฒนางาน (PA) การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืนต่อไป

On May 9, 2026, Ms. Somjit Takhamsaeng, Director of Maerim Wittayakhom School, together with the school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, participated in a professional development workshop on career advancement under the criteria of ว9/2564, focusing on PA Focus and General AI & Innovation.
The workshop was honored by distinguished speakers including Associate Professor Dr. Sombat Thai Ruea Kham, Head of the Elementary Education Program, Faculty of Education, Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, Chiang Mai University; Associate Professor Dr. Apantri Poolphuttha, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Research and Development, Mahasarakham University; Associate Professor Dr. Attapon Intasena, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies, Faculty of Education, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Mahasarakham University; Assistant Professor Dr. Wittaya Woraphan, Faculty of Education, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Mahasarakham University; and Lecturer Chanat Inthakanok, Faculty of Education, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Mahasarakham University. The workshop was held at Romfah Dararasmi Auditorium, Maerim Wittayakhom School.
The purpose of this workshop was to promote and enhance the potential of teachers and educational personnel by providing knowledge and understanding of the criteria and evaluation procedures for academic positions and professional rank advancement under the ว9/2564 regulations. It also aimed to strengthen skills in preparing Performance Agreements (PA), applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), and integrating educational innovations into learning management in order to improve educational quality and support sustainable professional development in alignment with the digital era.
