เมื่อวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวสมจิต ตาคำแสง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนแม่ริมวิทยาคม มอบหมายกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ นำนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 วงดุริยางค์เข้าร่วมบรรเลงในขบวนอัญเชิญน้ำทิพย์ศักดิ์สิทธิ์สรงน้ำพระธาตุ โครงการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานงานบุญประเพณีสรงน้ำพระธาตุ ตักบาตรข้าวสาร และวันมาฆบูชา ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อส่งเสริมกิจกรรมวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามทางพระพุทธศาสนา งานบุญสมโภชน้ำทิพย์ศักดิ์สิทธิ์สรงน้ำพระธาตุและวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา ณ วัดพระธาตุจอมแตง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
On 2 March 2026, Ms. Somjit Takhamsaeng, Director of Mae Rim Wittayakom School, assigned the Art Learning Area to lead the school marching band, consisting of students from Mathayom 1–6 (Grades 7–12), to participate in the musical procession for the sacred holy water offering ceremony for bathing the Phra That relic.This activity was part of the Cultural Preservation and Continuation Project of the Phra That Bathing Tradition, Rice Alms Offering, and Makha Bucha Day 2026. The event aimed to promote and preserve the valuable cultural and religious traditions of Buddhism.The ceremony was held at Wat Phra That Chom Taeng, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
