เมื่อวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางสาวสมจิต ตาคำแสง ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนแม่ริมวิทยาคม มอบหมายกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ นำนักเรียนแผนการเรียนศิลป์การจัดการธุรกิจอาหาร ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/9 และ 6/10 บ่มเพาะการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ Experiential Learning เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นผู้ใฝ่เรียนรู้พัฒนาตนเอง สามารถนำความรู้ที่เรียนไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และผู้เรียนสามารถค้นพบตนเองนำไปสู่การวางแผนศึกษาต่อในอนาคต ในงาน Humanitas มนุษย์นิทรรศน์ ครั้งที่4 ณ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์ ดร. ปรรณกร แก้วรากมุข อาจารย์สาขาวิชาบ้านและชุมชนเป็นผู้ให้ความรู้
Ms. Somjit Takamsaeng, Principal of Mae Rim Wittayakhom School, assigned the Career and Technology Department to lead students from the Food Business Management program (Class M.5/9 and M.6/10) to participate in a learning experience through the Experiential Learning approach. The aim was to foster a love of learning, encourage self-development, and enable students to apply their knowledge in daily life, as well as to explore their interests and plan their future educational pathways.
The activity took place during the 4th “Humanitas: Manutsanitsan” Exhibition at the Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University, and featured a special lecture by Dr. Pannakorn Kaewrakmuk, a lecturer in the Department of Home and Community, who provided insightful guidance to the students.
